Dial-up Instructions

Installing TreeWalk for your Dial-up Internet Connection provides many advantages. This page is intended for those Dial-up users who may need a graphical interpretation of the steps listed on our FAQ page under "How do I use TreeWalk on Dial-up?". If you have determined that TreeWalk is not resolving names to localhost after using the "Check config", "Check server" and the Windows "netstat -an" command, you may need to create a new Dial-up Internet Connection icon. We've included pictorial examples for Windows 2000 Professional SP4, XP SP2 and generic graphics for 95/98/Millennium which will guide you through the appropriate set-up wizard to recreate your Dial-up connection and place a shortcut on your desktop. If this does not help solve your problems, please visit our forums for further assistance.

Please ensure that you have ALL the information available to connect to your ISP before you begin! This is the start page for this topic.
