TreeWalk DNS requires virtually no support as it is generally an "install it and forget it" application. It really is that easy! However, we recognize that occasional configuration problems do occur so if you need help, please review our FAQ page to see if your problem is listed there. If that doesn't provide an answer for you, use the Forums page for information about our Forums and Newsgroups to look for the solution to your problem. Due to the simplicity of installing and running TreeWalk DNS, your query has probably been "asked and answered" already but feel free to join in anyway!

"New, Intermediate and Advanced users of the FREE version of the TreeWalk Personal DNS Caching Server" are invited to join in discussions in the forums and place support questions in the ntc.config.discuss forum. Licensed users should continue to contact the TreeWalk site for private email support but are always encouraged to participate in general discussions or to use the ntc.support.questions forum provided for you. (And, if you've used TreeWalk DNS for a while and approve of all the dedication required to bring this program and it's plug-ins to life, please write a friendly line or two in the ntc.config.discuss forum to tell the World what you think!)

TreeWalk was co-developed by NT Canuck and ObiWan, and continues to be maintained and updated by ObiWan. The site and servers are maintained by the TreeWalk DNS Crew. TreeWalk and any companion programs provided from this site are completely risk-free and will never be affiliated with any form of spyware or adware. In fact, we go to great lengths to inform our users on how to generally enhance their computer security over-all. For these and other reasons we suggest that you periodically check the site and forums for updates or recent developments.
